I can reach even the most unreachable users, whether they are currently using your services or not. I have done user-centered design in very extreme conditions, and there is not much that would bamboozle me. I can help you understand what the users want and what resources they have.
I can design context fitting systems to make your services accessible. I understand the limitations of people as well as digital services. I can help you find ways to connect people to your service, and vice versa.
